I always dreamed of living somewhere that had 4 seasons. Now I can. This is the first time I can actually say I’ve lived through all 4 and there was a significant change each season. I have to say that Fall is one of the most beautiful. All of these pictures were taken within 5 miles of the house or in our backyard.

Wow! It’s pretty there. True fall hasn’t hit here yet. It’s 85 today. And the only colors besides green are yellow and brown. The sugar maple on the backyard should turn in the next few weeks.

Here too we sometimes have 4 seasons in one day… around here they say if you don’t like the weather wait an hour.

Good luck with your knitting and glass work, I am going to teach myself too, (I have a degree in textiles and specilised in knitting but did all my work on a machine!) so I have some scottish yarn and 2 chop sticks and am going to give it a go this weekend, wish me luck.
