Sunday – Rotisserie chicken, stuffing, green beans, cornbread
Monday – Chicken Quesadillas (using leftover chicken)
Tuesday – Spaghetti and meatballs, salad, garlic bread
Wednesday – Problem Solvin’ Mom’s Crock Pot Pulled Pork (plain), garlic mashed potatoes, “awesomest” brussel sprouts
Thursday – BBQ pulled pork on buns (using leftovers), roasted corn on the cob, baked beans
Friday – Pizza, Italian antipasto
Saturday – Burgers on the grill, fries, coleslaw

yummy! I’m all about reusing my meats throughout the week too, and can I say there’s nothing quite like pulled pork and brussel sprouts! (quit laughing, people, I’m serious!)
