So here goes:
Monday: Pulled Beef Sandwiches & Coleslaw
Tuesday: Sauteed Chicken & Onions, Big Salad – hubby just nixed this one and requested Chicken Cacciatore instead – at least they both take the same chicken and onions
Wednesday: Meatloaf & Twice Baked Potatoes
Thursday: Crunchy Chicken Bake, steamed Broccoli
Friday: Shrimp Pasta & Salad – hubby is putting a BIG kink in my menu this week ~ he drank the rest of the white wine I needed for this recipe so now we’re having spicy tuna noodle casserole
Saturday: Pork & Noodles, Cucumber & Tomato salad
Sunday: Beef Stew in Sourdough Bread Bowls
It’ll take me awhile to get caught up with posting recipes as I like to do those with pictures, but will make a concentrated effort this week to make that happen.
