I’m trying to figure out how to adapt this to make it low fat. I think the cottage cheese instead of sour cream might work in the potatoes. Any suggestions on the cream sherry substitute or butter sub for the gravy? I was thinking some chicken or beef broth, onions, flour, and maybe some boullion, but I don’t know how to get it thicker.
Oh my gosh this looks SO good…YUM!
Tamy, I’ve enjoyed all the recipes you’ve been posting, loving it 🙂
Tamy, this looks like a great chilly, windy, rainy, autumn dinner!!!!! Thanks!
