For barbecue, I’m going to add two for you: Central Texas BBQ in Pearland and Joes in Alvin. A little out of the way, but worth it. For steak, I can add Texas Land and Cattle. It’s a chain, and I think there’s one in Katy. We have one at Gulf Point. I’ll also add the Cheesecake Factory (I’ve been to the one in the Galleria) and Katz’s deli on Montrose.
