1 large bunch green onions, sliced
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups chicken pieces
8 ounces spaghetti
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups shredded jack cheese
salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
- In a small skillet saute onion and garlic lightly.
- In a large bowl combine soup, sour cream, milk, butter, , onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Fold in the cheese and chicken pieces.
- Transfer to a 2 quart baking dish.
- Bake uncovered 20-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Top with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
- 6 servings
