Outside My Window… the trees are now extremely full of their summer leaves and in need of pruning they hang so low.

I am thinking… about how much I have to do this week.
I am thankful for… having so much to do this week!
From the kitchen… I am working on some new fall recipes.
I am creating… some new fall recipes, a new quilt and time for myself.
I am going… to finish my spring cleaning and paring down of the craft supplies.
I am reading… The Rapture by Tim LaHaye and Jerry Jenkins.
I am hoping… to finish the upstairs shower & bathroom remodel this week.
I am hearing… silence & it is truly Golden.
I am wearing… shorts & a tee shirt with flip flops.
Around the house… Things are finally coming together.
One of my favorite things… my Golden, Whiskey.
A Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week… sorting, cleaning & sprucing up.

Outside My Window… a clear sunny day is dawning.

I am thinking… about this week’s projects and dreaming about what it will feel like to have this house done.
I am thankful for… my faithful husband and his faith in me.
From the kitchen… the sun is shining and my puppies are playing in the grass that needs mowed way too much.
I am wearing… clean out the basement work clothes.
I am creating… a clean basement and side of the house as it is the final 2 loads to go to the dump from the previous owners.
I am going… to take a nice hot shower after and go to weight watchers.
I am reading… Lisa Wingate’s Good Hope Road
I am hoping… to have a fantastically productive week.
I am hearing… the birds coming awake and chattering to each other.
Around the house… I need to dust, but think I will wait until a few projects are done this week since they’ll create even more dust.
One of my favorite things… is to look around in the evening and see my content family.
A Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week… mow the grass, install the upstairs shower we didn’t get done last week, binding the batik quilt and painting the bathroom.

Outside my Window…is bright blue sky with large fluffy clouds and just enough of a breeze to ruffle the leaves.

I am thinking…about how sad I’ll be to take Am to the airport tomorrow morning. Her visit has gone by way too fast.

I am thankful for…Am’s visit and all the things we were able to do together while she was here.

From the kitchen…We have done so much lately, that right now we need to clean out the refrigerator relax a bit!

I am creating…a new quilt pattern

A Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week…Installing the upstairs shower. The electrical will be cut over on Thursday finally! After a year and a half of dealing with the lack of disclosure on the seller’s part we hope this will help to move us forward finally. Organizing the office and cleaning closets.
