- Breakfast: Heavenly Ham Hash
- Morning Snack: Deviled Eggs and a great way to use up some of those eggs you colored.
- Dinner (mid afternoon): Ham with Brown Sugar Bourbon Marinade or Special Secret Ham Glaze with Cheesey AuGratin Potatoes, Apricot Carrot Casserole or Carrots and Apricots and Brioche Egg Bread
- Dessert: Rum Raisin Carrot Cake
