BLONDIES–Save Room for Dessert

It’s Monday and I’ve got another great dessert for you.
BLONDIES
2 1/4 cups all purpose Flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter–softened
1 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups butterscotch chocolate chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Grease 9 x 13 baking pan
  • Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl; set aside.
  • Beat butter and sugars until slightly fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla.
  • Slowly add dry ingredients to wet. Mix until combined.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
