The Ultimate BLOG party

5 Minutes for Mom is once again hosting their annual Ultimate Blog Party. It’s an opportunity to get to know bloggers from all over the world that you probably wouldn’t have met otherwise! There are already lots of great bloggers participating so I hope you can join us!

For those of you who may not know me, let me give you a few quick highlights:

  • I’m a fairly recent transplant to the U.P. I love to quilt, cook, read, garden, write, swap, meet new people and learn new things.
  • This blog began as a place to vent about a real estate nightmare and the forced remodeling of this 115 year old house, but quickly developed into a place for creative juices and ideas to take root.

I see you mentioned the U.P.! Are you referring to MI? I’m a Yooper by marriage – DaHubby was born in Escanaba and raised in da Soo! LOL He’s such a Yooper and my in-laws such Scandinavians that we have Swedish potato sausage for Christmas! LOL
