What is your favorite chicken dish?
Mmmm! Chicken and Rice!!! I haven’t made that in a long time ~ this is a good reminder that it’s overdue!
Simple marinated teriyaki chicken. We soak it in Mr Yoshida’s gourmet sauce and bake, saute or grill it. Yum!
A type of dish my Dad called “Country Chicken” with parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, and butter and it is delicious!!
Chicken Enchiladas!
I love chicken stir fry or my mother-in-laws recipe where she lightly coats boneless breasts (pounded really thin) with mayonnaise and puts cereal on top to crisp and bake in the oven.
It’s a really simple dish. Diced chicken breast with sauteed onions & green peppers over yellow rice.

When I was a kid, my mom made a dish called ‘Creamed Chicken’ with cream of chicken soup. I have to remember to get the recipe from her one of these days – I absolutely loved it! 🙂

Or, my mom’s home-made from scratch chicken and dumplings. No one can make them better than she does!
