Weekday breakfasts are always either toast or cereal so I don’t post those. Working from home, lunch is “whatever” so it isn’t definitive either, but weekends are usually a brunch and I will start posting those along with the dinners.

I can’t get the link to pull up for your chicken chili, but I bet it is a lot like my Colorado White Chili. I just got my recipe posted–check it out. I can’t believe we both are having that this week!
I can’t believe you already have your menu planned! You are awesome. I love the idea of soaking the chicken in buttermilk before you cook it. I’m definitely going to try that. I also never thought to add whipping cream to gravy. Genius!
