CHILI LIME PORK CHOPS
1 tablespoon avocado oil
4 boneless pork chops, 6 ounces each
1/2 cup AP flour
FRESH ground salt and black pepper
2 tablespoons Pampered Chef Chili Lime Rub
- In a large cast iron pan, heat the oil over medium heat.
- Generously season pork chops with FRESH ground sea salt and black pepper on each side.
- Sift together the AP flour and Chili Lime Rub.
- Dredge chops in seasoned flour, shaking off excess.
- Add pork chops to the hot oil and sear 4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
