It measures about 10 inches in diameter, 6 inches tall and the deer won’t touch it! They say it will emit a huge puff if broken open. It is also known as a football mushroom because guys out hunting in the woods have the irresistible urge to kick it.

The people that owned this car came out to get in in while I was taking the picture – how embarrassing! They were good sports about it though when I explained why I was taking it. They also told me they had driven from 95 miles away and it was still intact. They live on a large piece of land with several vehicles and lots of trees so all of their vehicles look similar they said.

This is my nephew Seth who can obviously sleep through anything!
There were about 30 of us all together for Brunch.
He didn’t notice any of us or the noise.

I was just driving by a river in Land O’ Lakes the other day
and caught sight of this at a dock in someone’s back yard.
I assumed it was maybe a kid’s toy with the happy face on the tail.

Great idea for recycling!
