JAMBALAYA
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 large bunch green onions, diced
3 teaspoons minced garlic, jar
2 cups diced cooked ham
1/2 cup white wine
1 cup chicken stock
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup long grain rice
1 large bunch green onions, diced

2 cups diced cooked ham
1/2 cup white wine

1 teaspoon sea salt

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup long grain rice
- Heat the oil in a dutch oven. Add the green onions and garlic and sauté until fragrant and tender.
- Mix in remaining ingredients except for the rice and bring to a boil.
- Add rice and reduce the heat. Simmer until rice is tender and the liquid has been absorbed, about 25 minutes.
