I used to be that organized. My husband doesn’t like me to plan the menus because he says he may not be in the mood for what I plan, then I have to do something differently. It frustrates me!
Your menu is filled with wonderful sounding vegetable dishes. I am looking forward to the day when the complaining youngsters either grow up enough to appreciate them or they just grow up and move out! LOL
