1 cucumber, chopped
1 large firm tomato, chopped
1 bunch green onions, sliced
6 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
3 tablespoons sugar

- Toss chopped vegetables together in a tuuperware bowl.
- Whisk together vinegar and sugar until well blended and sugar is dissolved.
- Pour over vegetables.
- Chill several hours or overnight.
