We had a quiet week and 4th at home. I did quite a bit done, but also got some serious relaxing done. I hope you had a great holiday.

FAVORITE PHOTO FROM THE CAMERA
We were at the river having lunch at a favorite hamburger joint and went down the local boat ramp to check out the water level and there was lone flipper at the bottom of the ramp. You have to wonder how someone stepped out of their flipper without knowing it.
INSPIRATION
Being a military family menu planning became a necessity to stretch the pay through the month and it's a habit I could never break LOL Once I decided on the card design they went together rather quickly! Next year I'm going to figure out the merge file to print the address labels from my contacts.
Thanks. LOL it really does feel great! So many years I'm running on empty last minute trying to finish up.
Wow, it must feel great to have your Christmas cards finished. And I am sure your recipients treasure those beautiful homemade cards!
Looks like a great menu plan!
I love how you've seen up your post! Your menu sounds yummy! I've never been good at planning a menu…I usually have on hand a bunch of the usual ingredients and make the same things over and over. What beautiful Christmas cards! I'm impressed that you make them homemade. Another thing that I drop the ball on each year…I end up wishing people a Merry Christmas over Facebook…
Thanks Carrie! The weather is supposed to start cooling down Thursday YAY!!!
I knew with the big move coming up that if I didn't make the cards now they wouldn't get made for this year.
I also make the sparkler version 9 times out of 10 – I'm a wimp 😀
Hi Tamy! I hope your muggy weather lets up soon and cools off for you!
I'm so impressed with your cards Lady! Not only that you got them done SO timely, but also with how incredibly pretty they turned out! They really look great. What a tremendous head start to the season. 😉
Your recipes look delish as always! I love the revised firecracker chicken to sparkler chicken. Lol Actually that would be more my speed (less spicy). I copied that one down! 😉 The sandwich stacker looks really yummy too.
Love your flipper (too funny) photo and your inspiration too. Happy week to you. xoxo
Thank you for stopping by – I hope your 4h was great too! I love staying busy – to me it is the secret of life.
Wow, you are a busy person! Glad you had a nice 4th of July. I love your recipe choices for the week. Found you from OrgJunkie.
