Hello friend. Oh, I can relate on so many levels as being over and in leadership for a lot of areas. I finally last year just had to step back for my own integrity and heart so I didn’t end up losing my cool and setting a bad example because I was about to BLOW!! Ever been there? LOL! Anyway, I am glad you made a decision to step back and let others step up (hopefully) and if not then they will learn from their mistakes (hopefully) and things will end up being okay (prayerfully) but it does cause such frustration when things like this happen.
