This is one of the simplest of recipes, but oh so tasty!
SHREDDED EGG SALAD serves 4-6
6-7 hard boiled eggs
3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
FRESH ground sea salt and black pepper
2 teaspoons FRENCH’S mustard
+/- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- Grate eggs into a mixing bowl.
- Stir in pickle relish and mustard.
- Fold in mayonnaise a little at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
