GOOD MORNING I hope you had a WONDERFUL week and are planning a quiet, but fun Thanksgiving week for yourselves.
I spent a bit of yesterday afternoon working on my BLOGMAS list for 2020. December will be here before you know it! I needed a bit of normalcy and hope hope you plan to play along too 😀
OUTSIDE MY WINDOW & THE WEATHER OUTSIDE, WHAT I’M WEARING & HOW I’M FEELING THIS MORNING They’re predicting a cold wet winter here. The rain has moved back in AND the temperatures have dropped again. Our highs only happen for an hour or two a day. We are definitely into the bone chilling cold time of the year and we’re not even into winter yet. The “sunny” days are actually colder with no cloud cover to hold any warmth in the evenings. I’m wearing my favorite Levi’s, pink hoodie pullover, warm boot socks and my favorite red UGGs. 😀
ON THE BREAKFAST PLATE Hot water and baby food

FAVORITE PHOTO FROM THE CAMERA I put together a nice selection of drinks and snacks for the delivery drivers who have become even more essential this holiday season than ever before. My new $12 card reader is working well for the failed SD card port – so much more cost effective than a new computer!

Such a nice thing you do for delivery people.
Love the blogmas idea.
The Simple life quote is so on spot.
Thank you! I so hope you’re able to join in BLOGMAS in any way you can!
Hi Sweetie!
I’m also working on all things Thanksgiving a bit each day. It definitely makes it easier to prep as much ahead of time as possible. I love getting to enjoy the actual day that much more.
I love the blogmas you do! I will try to join in when I’m able. And I adore the idea you did for the drivers!! So sweet. I’m not sure how that would work up here. Everything would freeze. Lol And I have lots of nosy critters around.
I hope you & your hubby have a very safe and healthy Happy Thanksgiving Lovie! I’m so grateful for you. xoxo
Happy Thanksgiving to you! I’m so very grateful for you too! I hope you’re having a wonderful Thanksgiving and truly enjoying the day with the kids especially. You’ll notice I used totes that actually snap closed tightly for the same reasons! I also chose things that tolerate the cooler weather well. I so hope you’re able to join in BLOGMAS in any way you can!
The Blogmas looks like fun, I hope to be able to join along with most of the prompts!
That is such a nifty idea for the drivers. I’ll have to remember that.
We are having a very quiet small Thanksgiving this year, as most are I feel, but I’m quite okay with that. We don’t get to have the four of us together a lot lately so it’ll be nice.
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
Thank you, Happy Thanksgiving to you also. Small is okay by me too! I’m still doing a traditional meal, but Thanksgiving leftovers are okay by us! 😀 I hope you join in with BLOGMAS. I enjoy doing it each year as a true reminder of what it’s all about and making me think about my family, the meaning of it all and memories that make it all worthwhile.
I love the idea of the drinks and snacks for the delivery drivers! I would steal the idea but we are only doing the white elephant this year. I already bought the gift so I won’t be having anymore deliveries. I hope you and Skip have a great Thanksgiving!
We do a lot of Amazon and such just for daily life living remotely anyway so I like to be prepared. We also have “regular” UPS and USPS drivers and live in this small town on a cul-de-sac, so it’s well protected and at least know it’s there if they need something and aren’t even delivering to us. 😀 Skip is even doing all his shopping on line this year because we have lost so many of our favorite stores this year amid the pandemic – the next closest to the stores he wanted to shop at are 60 miles away!
I hope you and Joe enjoy all your leftovers this week! We’re still doing a “traditional” Thursday, but I’m using all week to get there so i can enjoy it more.
